DAY 1: DEPARTURE USA FOR OSAKA, JAPAN

DAY 2: OSAKA - BEPPU
(DINNER)

Arrive at Kansai Airport, free time until we proceed to the ferry terminal to embark on the Sunflower ferry ride to Beppu. Dinner will be served onboard.

DAY 3: BEPPU – BLOOD POOL – DRAGON WHIRLPOOL – Mt. ASO (BREAKFAST/LUNCH/DINNER)

We arrive at Beppu with anticipation after an overnight ferry ride. Beppu is renowned for being a spa haven, one of Japan's most famous onsen resorts. Today’s highlights are the Blood Pool and Dragon Whirlpool. As for the torture of Blood Pond, its feature is the vermilion colored water as the name suggests. Amazed at its sight, we will learn what creates this natural phenomenon. This tornado hell is specified as the natural treasure of Beppu. It seems that the water underground heated to 150 degrees blows off at a stretch with a rise of pressure, and height is reached to about 50m. Thereafter enjoy a cable car ride (subject to weather condition) to Mt. Aso, the biggest active volcano in Japan and is among the largest in the world. An impressive view of its churning and bloody depth awaits you.

DAY 4: NAGASAKI – NAGASAKI PEACE PARK
(BREAKFAST/LUNCH/DINNER)

After breakfast, we shall proceed to Nagasaki, a historical landmark noted for its tragic association with the atomic bombing. For 200 years it was the only point of contact between Japan and the outside world. It is now an attractive cosmopolitan with a legacy of Western architecture, Chinese temples and a promotion of Peace. We shall proceed to visit Glover Mansion, a famous garden with the statue of Madame Butterfly, inflicting memories of a romantic love story. Later on we shall proceed to the Peace Park and the Atomic Bomb Museum for an in-depth insight into the value of peace. We leave for Fukuoka in the evening.

DAY 5:FUKUOKA –KANMON BRIDGE– AKIYOSHIDO – KINTAI BRIDGE

With some great modern architecture and tremendous vitality, Fukuoka-the capital of Kyushu, is worth a visit. We shall pass by Kanmon Bridge, a suspending bridge for vehicles that was built in 1973. Today's highlight is Akiyoshido, the largest limestone cave in East Asia and also the largest plateau in Japan. It is similar to a huge natural open air mountain, with plenty of light streaming in to create some extremely unique and impressive beauty; it never fails to impress and amaze. An eternal magnificent beauty indeed. We shall proceed to Hiroshmia via Kintai Bridge that is one of the famous historical arches bridges even thought it is made from wood. And without the use of any nails, the bridge makes five bold arches onto massive stone pillars as it crosses over the Nishiki River.

DAY 6: HIROSHIMA – MIYASHIMA – OAKAYAMA KORAKUEN – OSAKA

Our last day in Kyushu will be spent visiting Miyashima, a place of extraordinary scenic beauty, an exceptional heritage and a national monument. It is also regarded as one of the three most beautiful spots in Japan. In it stands Itsukushima Shrine, the most magnificient shrine building and also an artistic masterpiece unmatched by other shrines. Its placement on the water, exquisitely framed by the mountains in the background, harmonizing so perfectly with its surroundings will leave you in awe. Thereafter we shall proceed to the Hiroshima Peace Park in memory of those who perished in the atomic bombings, it stands as a testament of peace. Our finale is Korakuen, a renowned garden preserved from the 17th century that ingeniously incorporates Nature. It took 14 years for the completion of Korakuen, which is now one of the most famous gardens in Japan. Water is used to divert river water to create meandering streams, ponds and cascades in the garden.
